- All purchases are final sales and are intended for one participant's use in full. - Purchases are final sales. For any account changes or membership updates, please note that to purchase gift cards securely online, you can visit: https://app.squareup.com/gift/28RVR3H6CBQKJ/order. Additionally, if you're interested in self defense training, be sure to check our other offerings.

- A required 30 days notice prior to the next draft notice in writing is necessary for any account changes. You may hold the option with a fee to secure your previous membership rate. Please note that we do not accept calls for cancellation; it must be submitted in writing. For membership updates or to cancel, text us at 855-962-7610 or email your request to Service@ExecutiveSelfDefenseAndFitness.com, where we focus on your self defense training.

- Out of respect for others who wish to book the training window and the instructor, please note that any account changes, including private lesson cancellations or scheduling updates, must be made 24 hours in advance. Cancellations not communicated 24 hours prior to the appointment will incur a $40 no show/late cancellation fee, especially for self defense training.

- Out of respect for others who would like to attend the class and the instructor:

-Cancellations or refunds will only be issued if requested more than 7 days prior to the class date, which helps us manage account changes effectively for all participants.

- You are allowed to request a reschedule to a different class a maximum of one time, with a minimum notice of 5 days before the class date. The class fee will be transferred as a prepay to the rescheduled date, ensuring a smooth process for handling membership updates.

- Any changes to your paid reservation, including adjustments related to self defense training classes, can be made by contacting Executive at 855-962-7610.

- Changes to your paid reservation or account changes will be processed within three business days.

- If environmental conditions make transit unsafe (like ice or flooding), the self defense training class may be rescheduled to a different date. You will receive membership updates directly if that should occur.

Please note that there are no refunds, proration, or credits on service items, punch cards, or membership payments related to account changes or membership updates, including our self defense training programs.
