Are there any fitness requirements to attend classes at Executive Krav?

There are no specific fitness requirements to attend classes at Executive Krav, as our classes are designed to accommodate students of all fitness levels. However, some classes may be more physically demanding than others. Everyone starts at their ability level and progresses from there. Contact us.

Can I take a group trial class to see how I like it?

Yes! You can take up to two. Group trial classes are available for the adult co-ed classes. The trial class FEE is $15 per person. Trial classes are available on Mondays and Wednesday at 7pm. What types of memberships are offered?

We offer single class and unlimited monthly memberships for group classes. For a drop-in option we offer punch cards. Client services is always available to assist and answer questions: 855-962-7610. Memberships start at $132 a month and up.

Do you offer private lessons?

Yes, we offer private lessons for individuals or small groups. This is a great option for those who want more personalized attention or have specific goals they want to work towards (self defense or weapons training). Private lessons start at $62 for half hour for one person. Contact us.

Do you have to be a member to attend the specialty training seminars?

Non-members may attend our training seminars. Please note that some may have prerequisites. Client services is always available to assist and answer questions: 855-962-7610. Are gift cards offered and how do I purchase them?

Do I need equipment for my trial class or general group training?

No. You will not need any gear or equipment for your trial class or general group classes. You can wear whatever you are comfortable moving in. We do not wear uniforms.

For any advanced training and fight training participation you will need gear: Shin guards, Gloves, Headgear (see instructor for proper fitting), Groin Protection, Mouthpiece

Where can I order Executive Self Defense merchandise?

T-shirts, and other items, with many different designs, fabrics and colors are available online for purchase with direct delivery to you. We carry a few items in studio too as well.
