Calling and waiting for help is not a realistic option. The average street encounter is a little over two minutes. That doesn’t seem long, does it? Without a response to the assault, that is plenty of time for an attacker to do a great amount of damage.
My neighborhood is safe and good so why should I learn self-defense? Think about this from the other perspective. For instance; if you had one opportunity to go get material goods, would you go to the “bad” neighborhood to break in, do a home invasion, rob someone … or would you go to the “good” neighborhood?
The seminar will be taught in a non-threatening, supportive environment. Questions will be entertained at the end of the seminar.
SELF-DEFENSE SEMINARS FOR WOMEN
This seminar is for ladies of all ages, teen to senior. In this seminar learn combatives and self-defense techniques that are straight forward and that everyone of any fitness level can do. A supportive, friendly staff will be on hand to assist you in your learning. Bring a friend to join in.

The studio is located at 9630 Virginia Parkway W #300 *Wear comfortable workout attire and footwear. You may want to bring a water bottle and towel as well. All other equipment will be provided for you.
