Defensive Handgun Live-Fire Training Level 3
Defensive handgun training with threat in mind for more proficient daily carry.
This is defensive handgun use with threat in mind as opposed to handgun operation training. Live-fire training building skills, working through stress drills, accuracy when compromised and making decisions.
PREREQUISTITE: Defensive Handgun Live-Fire Training Level 1 & Level 2 at Executive Self Defense or Instructor’s Approval.

***This Level 3 seminar is NOT an introduction to handguns, shooting or being on the range.***

Time: Meeting at 8:15am. Training will be from 9am to 12:30pm
Location: ***We will meet at 8:15am at 2210 Sam Rayburn Hwy, Melissa, TX 75454.*** This location is a convenience store/ gas station – Melissa Beverage/Exxon. We will go to the private range from there.

-Movement
-Various pistol drills
-Rescue options
-Decision making static, moving, under stress
-Clearing areas
-Stress drills
Required equipment:
-Handgun and two (2) extra magazines (3 mag total)
-Magazine pouch
-125 rounds (more is better)
-Holster – outside the waistband (You can use IWB for part if that is your go to. Keep in mind you will be going to the ground for a portion of the course.)
-Hearing protection
-Eye protection
-Range attire (You will be doing ground drills.)
–Optional: Tactical vest or plate carrier with drag strap
Additional items:
Sunscreen, Hydration source, Snacks, Camp stool/Chair
